The Zohar and Kabbalah - Daniel Matt

In the beginning questions are asked by the orator to consider:

Why should anyone care about a book written 700 years ago in medieval Spain, composed in Aramaic, a language no longer spoken even then by hardly anyone in the world?

Why would anyone read a book that is intentionally cryptic and perplexing?

Why - because the Zohar challenges our understanding of God and dares us to transform ourselves, It shatters childish theological images and discovers a God called infinity - En Sof.

En Sof God as infinity transcends gender and personality.....

In other articles I have shared an image that was discovered after waking up one day with my mind focussed on God hearing clearly, 'The Jews are Ruling from Valencia' - Now this was a strange experience that invited investigation and research. Only recently I had discovered through my uncles genealogy tracing that we are descended from the Counts of Requena - Valencia.

So with Real Requena in Spanish translation means Royal Requena and a crown is situated. It is also interesting because I was discovered to download the Zohar last year, scanning through the PDF file and realised this is written in code for a reason. The timing of this is being revealed now.

Notice the Cross, the crown, ladder and spear are all connected with Jesus. So with The Zohar written in Aramaic, this is the language Jesus spoke in biblical times. It would make sense in His precision to bring the truth from the people he chooses will be delivering the truth too.

Wanting to learn and understand is a way from the essence of our being. I live in a land among people who reject God and His Wisdom and Law. I long to live a peaceful life - living in peace within, (without the sometimes overwhelming situation that seemingly escalates daily to my detriment).

Sometimes when guided to open specific pages in the Holy Bible it is as if the words are so relevant to what is happening now and this is what is called the Living Oracle of God. The role Queen Elizabeth II holds is to preserve the living oracle of God and she should be encouraging people to study, without force or prassure. In looking through the pages of The Book of Zohar, a few times something stood out for me and I know this is not only an important book, it has greater meaning too.

Discovering the above video and the Zohar in the PDF version has been valuable, as is a birthright to to study and learn. Education is a divine right. Back in the ancient times and the first time I had heard the voice of God with the Spirit within, I did not recognise this as so at the time. A male voice said 'Ask and you shall be given, seek and you will find, knock and the door will open'.

These Words relates to learning and understanding. To seek the truth from God and then to know He is the person who delivers the Truth. Jesus is the person who I have seen in a vision standing at the open gateway wearing his crown and mantle (as if he is here already). From his body radiated the golden light. Behind him from inside the city was illuminating light. The experience was to share and to comfort and assure me. Since having these experiences, I have suffered more.

Having seen the divine and human being - I cannot deny him.

Not understanding the Language of Hebrew or Aramaic, it has been shown by Jesus that he will talk and guide his people in his way and even communicating with people who are deaf clearly too. In the analysis and translation of the Holy Scriptures, the Holy Spirit is given to whom God chooses. He enlightens and guides the teacher to explain what is written in context so people can learn.

The teacher and translator have such a vital role as the person who is inspired and instructed to document the inspired wisdom and instruction. If we are to attend a lecture where someone is delivering information without understanding, we might not gain understanding. When a teacher understands the learning and the language, we can learn to understand through him.

Daniel Matt is a Kabbalah scholar and professor at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley. He received Ph.D. from the Brandeis University and taught at Stanford University and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

The name Daniel means God is my Judge.

In Biblical times, Daniel interpreted dreams and visions of the King. His survival of the Lions came to be significant to prove to the people the power and authority of God. 'Daniel is listed as a prophet in all major versions of Stories of the Prophets. When the Muslims conquered Alexandria in AD 641, a mosque was immediately built dedicated to Daniel.'

Matt is also an abbreviation of Matthew. Is it possible that Daniel Matt is a descendant of the prophets chosen to keep the truth alive? The most important connection is revealed yet again today, that it is the people from the ancient times are having their names and the message that is kept alive.

In the Hebrew alphabet there are so many different meanings that it requires the understanding of Hebrew with a spiritual heart to discover what is written. The most valuable teachers will convey this understanding to learn from. Aramaic is described as a dying language and yet I believe it is divine timing that the Zohar has been translated into English to reach the masses today. As there are attempts to crush the truth, the truth becomes louder. Notice there is a Revival taking place now.
